• BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field

Day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Managing and motivating a team to increase sales and ensure efficiency
• Analyzes sales figures and forecasts future sales
• Organizes special promotions, demonstrations and events
• Dealing with customer queries and complaints
• Overseeing pricing and stock control
• Maximizing profitability and setting/meeting sales targets, including motivating staff to do so
• Preparing promotional materials and displays
• Liaising with head office.
